摘　　要：著名影片《飞越疯人院》具有浓厚的政治隐喻色彩,针砭时弊地揭露以美国为代表的西方资本主义国家践踏人权、漠视贫苦群众利益的罪恶一面,荣获1976年奥斯卡最佳影片奖。当下学界对该影片的研究多从政治领域着手,而其在精神障碍方面所表现问题至今仍存在并亟待解决。因此,即从司法精神病学视角分析影片的精神障碍患者人权问题。The famous film"One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest"has a strong political metaphor color.It exposes the evil side of the Western capitalist countries represented by the United States of trampling on human rights and ignoring the interests of the poor.It won the 1976 Oscar for Best Picture.The current academic research on the film mostly starts from the political field,and the problem of its performance in mental illness still exists and needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this article analyzed the human rights of mental patients in the film from the perspective of judicial psychiatry.
