摘　　要：医务人员善尽医疗说明义务是保障患者知情同意权得以实现的前提,也是医疗纠纷针对性预防的有效措施之一。在工作实践中,恶性肿瘤患者大多被归为“病情不宜向患者说明的情形”的特殊人群。针对恶性肿瘤患者,医务人员应充分考虑具体恶性肿瘤疾病特点和每个患者的特殊性,向患者或者其近亲属作出针对病情、内容具体明确、方式恰当、时间合适的医疗说明。It is the premise to guarantee patients’informed consent and one of the effective measures to prevent medical disputes.In practice,malignant tumor patients are mostly classified as the special patient population of"the condition is not suitable to explain to the patient".For patients with malignant tumors,medical personnel should fully consider the characteristics of specific malignant tumor diseases and the particularity of each tumor patient,and provide patients or their close relatives with specific information and specific matters,in an appropriate manner and at an appropriate time.
