摘 要:研发了装配式π形连接件和双L形带斜向加劲肋连接件轻钢框架梁柱节点,进行了10个足尺轻钢框架梁柱节点的低周反复荷载试验,包括7个π形连接件节点、2个双L形带斜向加劲肋连接件节点以及1个普通H型钢梁腹板栓接、翼缘焊接节点。设计参数包括节点构造,π肢长度以及框架柱的截面类型,比较了不同节点的破坏形态、滞回特性、承载力、刚度退化、耗能能力及应变特征。结果表明:π形连接件节点与普通H型钢梁腹板栓接、翼缘焊接节点相比,初始刚度和承载力显著提高;π形连接件节点与双L形带斜向加劲肋连接件节点相比,初始刚度和承载力明显提高;增大π肢长度可提高节点初始刚度及承载力;钢管混凝土柱节点比钢管柱节点的刚度及耗能能力明显提高;H型钢柱节点刚度低于钢管混凝土柱节点。π形连接件节点和双L形带斜向加劲肋连接件节点构造简单、便于装配、抗震性能优越,可用于低多层装配式轻钢框架结构,其设计思路也可用于其他装配式钢框架结构。The prefabricatedπ-shaped connectors and double L-band oblique stiffening rib connector lightweight steel composite structure beam-column joints have been developed.The low-week repeated load tests of ten full scale prefabricated lightweight steel composite structure beam-column joints have been carried out,included seven joint specimens withπ-shaped connector joints,two L-band oblique stiffening rib connector joints,and one ordinary H-shaped steel beam web bolt and flange welding joint.The experimental variables include the joint construction,length ofπ-shaped connector,and the frame column section types.The failure characteristic,hysteretic property,bear capacity,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation and strain characteristics of different joints were analyzed.The results show that the initial stiffness and bearing capacity ofπ-shaped connector joints are significantly higher than those of H-shaped steel beam web bolt and flange welding joint.The initial stiffness and bearing capacity ofπ-shaped connector joints are obviously increased compared with those of double L-band oblique stiffening rib connector joints.Increasing length ofπ-shaped connector can improve initial stiffness and bearing capacity of joints.The stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of concrete filled steel tubular column joints are obviously higher than those of steel tubular column joints.The stiffness of H-shaped steel column joints is lower than the joints with concrete filled steel tubular column.Theπ-shaped joint and double L-band oblique stiffening rib connector joints have the advantages of simple structure,high assembly rate,and high seismic performance.Theπ-shaped connector joints can be used in low multi-storey prefabricated lightweight steel composite structures and design idea can also be used for some other prefabricated steel frame structures.
