摘 要:为满足建筑立面效果和使用功能的要求,某高层建筑结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断、承载力突变和局部不规则共6项不规则,是典型的特别不规则超限高层建筑结构。该工程的设计重难点是需要针对每一个不规则项进行专项分析研究,提出针对性的结构方案和加强措施。对穿层柱进行弹性屈曲分析,复核穿层柱的真实计算长度;对转换构件进行多方案比选,做到传力清晰并避免“米”字形复杂节点,降低施工难度;对竖向收进部位上、下层进行加强并控制层间位移角比值来减少刚度突变;对大悬挑构件配置预应力筋控制梁的裂缝和挠度;对楼板大开洞部位,通过楼板应力分析考察楼板能否有效传递水平作用,并根据应力结果进行补强。结构整体弹性和弹塑性分析结果表明,通过专项分析加强后主体结构能达到预定的性能目标,且结构关键构件在罕遇地震下不屈服,具有良好的延性。In order to meet the requirements of building facade effect and use function,a high-rise building structure has six irregularities,including torsion irregularity,slab discontinuity,size mutation,member discontinuity,bearing capacity mutation and local irregularity.It is a typical particularly irregular out-of-code high-rise building structure.The key and difficult point of the design of the project is to carry out special analysis and research for each irregular item,and propose targeted structural schemes and strengthening measures.The elastic buckling analysis of the cross-layer column was carried out,and the real calculated length of the cross-layer column was checked.Multiple schemes were compared and selected for the transfer components to ensure clear force transmission,avoid the complex double-cross-shaped nodes,and reduce the construction difficulty.The vertical setback part was strengthened and the ratio of interlayer displacement drift was controlled to reduce the stiffness change.For large cantilevered members,prestressed reinforcement was used to control the crack and deflection of the beam.The slab stress analysis was conducted to investigate whether the slab could effectively transfer the horizontal action in the large opening parts of the slab,and the reinforcement was carried out according to the stress results.The results of elastic and elastic-plastic analysis show that the main structure can reach the predetermined performance target after the above special analysis and the key components of the structure do not yield under the rare earthquake,and it has good ductility.
