摘  要:针对某转管航炮射击时闭锁机构的受力情况和闭锁机构的结构特点,建立炮尾与炮闩闭锁装配体的有限元模型,进行非线性接触状态有限元分析。基于八面体剪应力强度理论的单参数屈服准则,分析炮尾-炮闩闭锁齿部位的应力分布情况。结果表明,炮尾和炮闩危险截面处应力小于材料的动态屈服极限,结构有一定的安全余量,炮尾和炮闩可以安全工作。同时分析炮闩闭锁齿接触面处的挤压应力,并将其与某转管舰炮闭锁齿相同部位处的挤压应力进行对比。结果表明二者在接触面积相差不大的情况下,接触面挤压应力明显降低,说明此闭锁机构的结构设计较为合理,应力分布情况良好。本文研究成果对类似转管火炮闭锁机构的结构设计具有一定借鉴意义。Aimed to force situation and structural characteristics of locking mechanism at gatling aircraft gun firing,building finite element model of the assembly of a breech mechanism in locking condition, analyzing finite element of nonlinear contact states,one-parameter yield criterion based on octahedral shear stress strength theory, analyzing stress distribution of locking teeth,the results show that the stress of the hazardous section of locking mechanism is less than the dynamic yield limit of the material and has a certain margin. comparing with gatling naval gun extrusion stress of locking teeth, in the case of little difference in contact area, significantly reducing extrusion stress, it shows that locking mechanism design is more reasonable, the stress distribution is better, having certain reference significance for locking mechanism design of similar gatling gun.
