摘 要:针对目前畜禽粪污固液分离环节所普遍使用的机械脱水设备脱水后含水率仍然很高,影响后续粪污外运和资源化处置利用等问题,试验设计一种基于低温干化技术的畜禽粪污脱水工艺及设备,通过热泵干燥技术,实现热空气与湿畜禽粪污的对流热交换,达到降低粪污含水率的目的。根据对鸡粪脱水的应用运行试验,设备热空气初始温度65℃,鸡粪干燥脱水后平均含水率为22.52%,废水中COD_(cr)浓度值较低,网带层数和干燥停留时间设置合理。研究为畜禽粪污脱水新方法提供参考依据。The mechanical dehydration equipment commonly used in the solid-liquid separation of livestock and poultry manure was still high in moisture content after dehydration,which affect the subsequent outward transportation and resource utili⁃zation.This experiment designed a livestock and poultry manure dehydration process and equipment based on low-temperature drying technology,which realized the convective heat exchange between hot air and wet livestock and poultry manure through heat pump drying technology,and achieved the manure with lower moisture content.According to the primary application of layer manure,the initial temperature of hot air of the equipment was 65℃,the average moisture content of layer manure after drying and dehydration was 21.51%,COD_(cr) concentration in waste water was low,and the number of mesh belt layers and drying resi⁃dence time were set reasonably.It provided a reference basis for a new method of dehydration of livestock and poultry manure.
