摘 要:为了解等离子空气消毒法对禽舍有害气体和微生物的消除作用,试验选取潍坊某安装等离子消毒设备的笼养蛋鸡舍,进行消毒前后舍内有害气体浓度检测及鸡舍空气、墙壁、地面和笼具表面细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和霉菌总数的检测。结果显示:等离子空气消毒器连续作用48 h后,对NH_(3)、H_(2)S和CO_(2)的去除率分别为92.1%、100%和60.1%,对鸡舍不同环境样品中中细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和霉菌总数的杀灭率分别在90.1%、91.9%、100%和92.6%以上。研究表明,等离子空气消毒法对禽舍有害气体和微生物具有良好的消除效果。In order to study the elimination effect of plasma air disinfection on harmful gases and microorganisms in poultry house, this experiment selected a caged layer house in Weifang installed with plasma disinfection equipment, the concentration of harmful gases in the house and the total number of bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and mold in air, wall, ground and cage surface of the house before and after disinfection were detected. The results showed that after the plasma air sterilizer was applied continuously for 48 h, the removal rates of NH, HS and CO_(2) were 92.1%, 100% and 60.1%, the killing rates of total bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and total mold in different samples of chicken house environment were more than90.1%, 91.9%, 100% and 92.6%, respectively. It′s suggested that plasma air disinfection had a good elimination effect on harmful gases and microorganisms in poultry house.
