摘 要:针对传统移相全桥零电压开关ZVS(zero voltage switching)变换器存在的例如软开关范围受限、占空比丢失以及寄生振荡问题,提出了一种基于互补占空比调制的改进全桥ZVS直流变换器。通过引入并联辅助谐振网络以实现滞后桥臂开关宽范围的ZVS,选择较小的谐振电感以减少占空比丢失,引入原边钳位二极管网络以消除寄生振荡。详细阐明了工作原理与特性分析,并进行了仿真对比。结果显示,在20%负载条件下,相较于传统移相全桥变换器,所提改进全桥变换器保证了软开关特性且消除了寄生振荡。Aimed at the problems in the traditional phase-shifted full-bridge(PSFB)zero voltage switching(ZVS)converters such as limited soft switching range,duty cycle loss and parasitic oscillation,an improved full-bridge ZVS DC-DC converter based on complementary duty cycle modulation is proposed in this paper.A wide ZVS range of the lagging leg switches is achieved through the introduction of a parallel auxiliary resonance network.The duty cycle loss is reduced by choosing a smaller resonant inductance,and the parasitic oscillation is eliminated by a clamping diode network on the primary side.The working principle and characteristic analysis are elaborated upon in detail,and a comparison is performed through simulations.Results show that compared with the traditional PSFB converter,the improved full-bridge converter proposed in this paper ensures the soft switching characteristics and eliminates the parasitic oscillation under the condition of 20%load.
