摘  要:直接模型预测控制DMPC(direct model predictive control)在改善背靠背BTB(back-to-back)变流器永磁同步发电机注入电网电能质量方面具有重要作用。然而,由于BTB变流器的可行电压矢量VVs(voltage vectors)都是用来预测和评估的,且其成本函数中的权重因素会影响控制性能,因此,DMPC的计算量比较大,调整过程复杂。为此,利用直接控制的简单性,结合直接转矩控制DTC(direct torque control)和直接功率控制DPC(direct power control),提出了一种新的直接模型预测磁通控制DMPFC(direct model predictive flux control)和直接模型预测功率控制DMPPC(direct model predictive power control)。首先,通过定义新的DTC和DPC切换表,在8个预测参数中只需要3个就可为BTB变流器选择最佳电压矢量,大大减少计算量。此外,为了避免权重因素的影响,本文将电磁转矩简单地转换为等效定子磁通,在成本函数中只考虑等效定子磁通。最后,实验结果表明,该方法的计算时间减少了26.9%,同时获得了最佳的控制效果。Direct model predictive control(DMPC)plays an important role in improving the injected power quality of a permanent magnet synchronous generator with a back-to-back(BTB)converter.However,because the feasible voltage vectors(VVs)of the BTB converter are mostly used for prediction and evaluation,and the weighting factors in their cost function will affect the control performance,the calculation amount of DMPC is relatively large,and the adjustment process is complex.Under this background,novel direct model predictive flux control(DMPFC)and direct model predictive power control(DMPPC)are proposed by combining direct torque control(DTC)and direct power control(DPC)with the simplicity of direct control.First,by defining the switching tables of the novel DTC and DPC,the optimal VVs can be selected for the BTB converter with only three of the eight predictive parameters,thus greatly reducing the calculation amount.To avoid the influence of weighting factors,the electromagnetic torque is simply converted to the equivalent stator flux in this paper,and only the equivalent stator flux is considered in the cost function.Finally,experimental results show that the calculation time of the proposed method is reduced by 26.9%,and the best control effect is obtained.
