摘　　要：数字经济已成为我国经济增长的新动力,对扩大中等收入群体规模具有显著影响,是在高质量发展中实现共同富裕目标的战略支撑。数字经济对中等收入群体比重提升的影响主要体现为增量效应、结构效应和创新效应。我国数字经济带动中等收入群体比重实现稳步提升,但仍然面临数字人才供给不足、数字经济发展不平衡、数据生产力潜力挖掘不足等主要挑战。为更好地通过发展数字经济提升我国中等收入群体比重,建议持续扩大数字经济发展优势,夯实中等收入岗位创造能力;以数字化赋能优化产业结构,带动中等收入岗位比重增加;加大数字经济人才培养和研究支持力度,加强中等收入就业潜力转化;加强城市群和城乡间的数字经济发展协同,加快提高落后区域和农村居民收入;完善数字经济分配制度,营造适配数字经济发展的收入分配制度环境,更好地发挥数字经济带动中等收入群体比重提高的作用。Digital economy has become a new driving force for China’s economic growth,which has a significant impact on expanding the size of the middle-income group,and also become a strategic support for achieving the goal of common prosperity in the context of high-quality development.The impact of digital economy on the increase of the proportion of the middle-income group is mainly reflected in incremental effect,structural effect and innovation effect.China’s digital economy has driven a steady increase in the proportion of the middle-income group.However,digital economy still faces challenges such as insufficient supply of digital talents,unbalanced development in China,and insufficient exploration of data productivity potential.In order to more effectively increase the proportion of the middle-income group through the development of digital economy,it is urgent to expand its development advantages to consolidate the innovation of middle-income jobs;it is urgent to optimize the industrial structure with digital empowerment to increase the proportion of middle-income jobs;it is urgent to increase the talent training and research support for digital economy,and strengthen the transformation of middle-income employment potential;it is urgent to strengthen the development coordination of the digital economy between city clusters as well as between urban and rural areas,and quicken the pace to raise the incomes in backward areas and of rural residents;it is urgent to improve the distribution system of digital economy to create an institutional environment for the digital economy to allocate the incomes,and better play the role of digital economy in increasing the proportion of the middle-income group.
