摘 要:子宫内膜异位症是一种复杂的慢性炎症性疾病,尽管目前已经建立了相关的临床治疗,但手术和药物治疗后的复发率非常高。巨噬细胞是人体重要的免疫细胞,研究表明子宫内膜异位病灶内巨噬细胞的募集及其极化表型有助于子宫内膜异位症的发展和维持,但巨噬细胞不同极化表型在子宫内膜异位症的病因和病理生理学中发挥的作用仍有待阐明。本文综述巨噬细胞M1/M2表型转化在异位症中的作用机制,总结不同表型的巨噬细胞在内异症相关的微环境中扮演的角色。Endometriosis is a complicated and chronic inflammatory disease. Despite the fact that several therapeutic strategies for the treatment of endometriosis have been established,there is a high recurrence rate after drug and surgical treatments.Macrophages are the primary immune cells in the human body,and recent research has found that macrophage recruitment in endometriotic lesions,as well as their polarized phenotype,contribute to the development and maintenance of endometriosis. The role of different polarized phenotypes of macrophages in the etiology and pathophysiology of endometriosis remains unknown. Here,we review the mechanism of macrophage M1/M2 phenotypic transition in heterotopia,explore the role of macrophages with different phenotypes in the endometriosis-related microenvironment,and shed new scientific light on EMs’therapeutic approaches.
