摘 要:研究一款多功能隔绝式化学防护复合面料的较佳制备工艺,并测试了其性能。通过结构设计、材料优选、复合工艺优化和性能表征开发了复合面料,并研究了复合工艺对复合面料力学性能、界面黏接性能和阻隔性能的影响。复合面料的较佳制备工艺:选用厚度35μm的聚乙烯⁃乙烯醇阻隔膜为阻隔层,11.11 tex锦纶长丝织物为承力层,3.33 tex锦纶长丝织物为保护层,热压复合温度85℃。该工艺制备的复合面料力学性能可满足化学防护装备在复杂环境中的使用要求,对常见酸碱试剂的防护时间均大于480 min。认为:开发的复合面料不仅化学防护性能优异,而且兼具较好的力学性能、阻燃性能、抗沾湿性能、抗静水压性能、耐高温低温性能等。Suitable preparation process of a multifunctional impermeable chemical protective composite fabric was studied,its property was tested.The composite fabric was developed by structure design,material optimization,composite process optimization and property characterization.Effects of composite process on the mechanical property,interface adhesion and barrier property of the composite fabric were studied.Suitable preparation process of the composite fabric was as follows:EVOH barrier film with a thickness of 35μm was used as the barrier layer,11.11 tex polyamide filament fabric was used as the bearing layer,3.33 tex polyamide filament fabric was used as the protection layer,the hot-pressing temperature was 85℃.Mechanical properties of the composite fabric prepared under the process condition could meet the requirements of chemical protective equipment in complex environments,and the protection time of common acids and alkalis was more than 480 min.It is considered that the developed composite fabric not only has excellent chemical protection property,but also has better mechanical property,flame retardant property,moisture resistance,hydrostatic resistance,stability in high temperature and low temperature environment.
