摘 要:总结焊接防护面料的研究现状和开发方向。分析了焊接防护面料的防护需求。总结了焊接防护面料的发展历程。从阻燃性、抗熔融金属冲击性、热防护性以及防紫外辐射性能4个方面,阐述了焊接防护面料的研究现状,并展望了焊接防护面料的研发方向。认为:应从原材料选择、纱线结构、织物规格以及新型加工方法4个方面入手,开发多功能复合的新型焊接防护面料。Development status and development direction of welding protective fabric were summarized.Protective requirements of welded protective fabric were analyzed.Development history of welding protective fabrics were summarized.From four aspects including flame retardant property,anti-molten metal impact property,thermal protective property and anti-ultraviolet radiation,development status of welding protective fabric were explained.Development direction of welding protective fabric were outlooked.It is considered that new type of composited welding protective fabric with multiple functions should be developed from four aspects including raw material selection,yarn structure,fabric specification and new production methods.
