摘 要:为探索制备性能优异的高效空气过滤用纳米纤维膜,将配比为8∶2的PVDF和PU共混并加入盐,利用静电纺丝技术(纺丝电压30 kV)制备了树枝状PVDF/PU共混纳米纤维膜。分析了盐的种类和添加量对纤维膜的形貌、力学性能、亲疏水性能和空气过滤性能的影响。试验表明:添加有机支化盐四正丁基溴化铵(0.10 mol/L),可制得尺度更细的具有分叉结构的纳米纤维膜,纳米纤维膜的力学性能显著提高,纤维膜的接触角降低至88.1°,空气过滤效率高达99.997%,过滤阻力215 Pa。该纳米纤维膜能够满足高效过滤材料的要求。In order to develop nano-fiber membrane with efficient air filtration property,PVDF/PU with mass ratio of 8∶2 blended nano-fiber membrane with different salt type was prepared.Electrospinning technology with 30 kV spinning voltage was used to produce dendritic PVDF/PU blended nano-fiber membrane.The effect of salt types and additive amount on the morphology,mechanical property,hydrophilic and hydrophobic property and air filtration of the fiber membrane were studied.The results showed that the fiber membrane with more finer fibers and branching-structure could be obtained when 0.10 mol/L TBAB was added.The mechanical property of the membrane was significantly enhanced.The contact angle of the fiber membrane was decreased to 88.1°.Filtration efficiency of the fiber membrane was reached up to 99.997%,and the filtration resistance was 215 Pa.It can meet the requirement of high efficiency air filtration.
