摘 要:为解决微电流敷料需外置电源和难以量产的问题,以镀银纱线为导电基底,在自制的卷对卷连续电镀装置上镀锌,连续制备镀锌纱线作为微电池阴极,配合已有的镀银纱线构成纤维基银锌微电池,在电脑绣花机上设计不同图案,将银锌纱线织入面膜非织造布,制备安全的柔性无源微电流面膜。通过超景深显微镜、X射线衍射图谱恒流放电测试等方法对纱线电极进行表征,考察了镀锌纱线镀层形貌、微电池的放电性能和微电流面膜安全性能。结果表明:实验室卷对卷连续电镀装置使用的电镀材料和制备工艺高效,动态镀锌使镀层更均匀,并且易于量产。当电镀电流为20 mA,组成微电池的银锌纱线长度为2 cm、间距2 mm,微电池组间距5 mm,电解质体积为68μL/cm^(2)时,微电池在面膜非织造布上20 min内平缓输出0.5 mA电流,无需外置电源,安全性高。In order to solve the problem that microcurrent dressing required an external power supply and was difficult to be mass-produced,silver plated yarn was used as conductive substrate,and the galvanized yarn was continuously prepared on a self-made roll-to-roll continuous electrodeposition device as cathode of the microbattery and formed fiber-based silver-zinc microbatterys by woven with the existing silver plated yarn.A safe flexible micro-current fabric was prepared by designing different patterns on a computer embroidery machine and woven the silver-zinc yarn into non-woven fabric.The yarn electrodes were characterized by ultra-depth-of-field microscopy,X-ray diffraction,constant current discharge test and other methods,and the cladding morphology of the galvanized fiber yarn,discharge property and safety property of microcurrent facial mask were tested.The results showed that electroplating materials and preparation process used in the roll-to-roll continuous electrodeposition device of lab were highly efficient.Clad layer prepared with dynamic galvanizing was more uniform.It was easy for mass production.When electrodeposition current was 20 mA,the length of the silver-zinc yarns constituting the microbattery was 2 cm,the spacing was 2 mm,the spacing between the microbatteries was 5 mm,electrolyte volume was 68μL/cm^(2),the microbattery which is quite safe without external power supplies can stably output a current of 0.5 mA within 20 min.
