摘  要:探讨一种多组分功能性夹花纱的生产技术。介绍了聚酰亚胺、山羊绒、铜改性聚酯等6种纤维的特点和性能指标。研究了多组分功能性夹花纱的结构、色彩特征、性能特点、制作方法。针对纤维的性能特点,采取纺前预处理,并总结了纺纱各工序的主要技术措施。结果表明:利用功能性纤维混纺的方法,开发的多组分功能性夹花纱结构独特,色彩丰富;其成纱质量达到了后道织造的要求,纱线风格也得到了用户的认可。认为:开发的多组分功能性夹花纱产品可设计性强,抗起毛起球性能好。Production technology of a multi-component functional jacquard yarn was discussed.Property and performance indexes of 6 kinds of fibers,including polyimide,cashmere,copper-modified polyester and so on were introduced.Structure,color characteristics,characteristics and production method of multi-component functional jacquard yarn were studied.In view of characteristics of fibers,pretreatment before spinning was adopted,and the main technology measures in each spinning process were summarized.The results showed that the multi-component functional jacquard yarn developed by blended spinning method of functional fibers had unique structure and rich colors,and its yarn quality could meet requirements of weaving.The yarn style was also approved by users.It is considered that developed multi-component functional jacquard yarn has stronger designability and better anti-pilling property.
