摘　　要：探讨波浪段彩纱的设计思路和开发要点。针对传统竹节纱在短竹节生产中存在的不足,结合段彩纱纺纱技术,提出了波浪段彩纱的设计。根据波浪段彩纱结构与色彩灵活多变的特点,将自然景象融入纱线设计中,可以实现面料设计的特定意象,并阐明了纱线设计的过程。结果表明:波浪段彩纱作为一种新型花式纱,在纱线结构、色彩变化与面料风格上,与传统竹节纱、段彩纱都存在显著的差别,此技术为企业提供了花式纱线产品开发的新思路。Design ideas and development key points of wavy segment colored yarn were discussed.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional slub yarn in the production of short slub,combined with the spinning technology of segment colored yarn,the design of wavy segment colored yarn was proposed.According to the flexible and changeable of the wavy colored yarn structure and color,the natural scene was integrated into the yarn design,which could realize the specific image of the fabric design and clarify process of the yarn design.The results showed that as a new fancy yarn,wavy segment colored yarn was significantly different from traditional slub yarn and segmented colored yarn in terms of yarn structure,color change and fabric style.The technology could provide a new idea for enterprises to develop fancy yarn products.
