3种纺纱方法在花式纱开发中的应用分析

摘　　要：探讨环锭纺、转杯纺、喷气涡流纺在花式纱产品开发中的应用。分别阐述了环锭纺、转杯纺与喷气涡流纺的花式纱生产技术,分析了3种纺纱方法生产的花式纱产品的特点。指出:由于3种纺纱方法在牵伸、加捻方面的原理不同,造成花式纱质量、性能与结构上存在较大差异。认为:相比较其他两种纺纱方法,环锭纺在花式纱的产品开发上品种多样、技术成熟、质量可靠,具有较大的技术优势。Application of ring spinning,rotor spinning and air jet vortex spinning in the development of fancy yarn products was discussed.Fancy yarn production technology of ring spinning,rotor spinning and air-jet vortex spinning were explained respectively,and property of fancy yarn products produced by the three spinning methods were analyzed.It was pointed out that the quality,property and structure of fancy yarn were quite different due to different principles of the three spinning methods in drafting and twisting.It is considered that ring spinning has a great technology advantage in product development of fancy yarns with diverse variety,mature technology and reliable quality compared with the other two spinning methods.
