网格圈的使用要点

摘　　要：为更好利用网格圈提高集聚纺的纺纱质量,介绍了网格圈的性能特点,分析了网格圈在纺纱中的功能、选用类型、使用中应注意的问题及网格圈的维护保养原则。指出:网格圈是重要的集聚纺纱器材,生产实践中应根据纱线号数合理选用网格圈,在使用中应规范网格圈的维护保养,加强网格圈的清洁和车间温湿度管理,减少缠绕,进而提高纺纱的质量。认为:选好、使用好、保养好网格圈有利于提高集聚纺纺纱质量,减少网格圈的消耗,更好地发挥网格圈在纺纱中的作用。In order to improve quality of condensed spinning yarn and better use of lattice apron,performance characteristics of lattice apron were introduced.Function of lattice apron in spinning,selection type,problems that should be paid attention to in use and maintenance principle of lattice apron were analyzed.It was pointed out that the lattice apron was an important condensed spinning device,lattice apron should be selected reasonably according to yarn density in production practice.Maintenance of grid ring should be standardized in use.Cleaning of the lattice apron and workshop temperature&humidity management should be strengthened,winding should be reduced,then spinning quality could be improved.It is considered that selection,use and maintenance of lattice apron is conducive to improving the quality of condensed spinning yarn,reducing consumption of lattice apron,which is helpful to better playing the role of lattice apron in spinning.
