摘 要:探讨纺纱过程综合控制棉纱回潮率的措施。通过分析前纺各工序控制原棉和半成品回潮率的重点和难点,提出了需要采取的措施和方法,以及各工序回潮率控制范围。并增加纱线定形后处理工序,以稳定纱线性能,提高纱线回潮率。实践证明,增加纱线定形后处理工序,可使JC 9.72 tex纱的回潮率提高1.1个百分点,纱线强力提高4.4%。认为:综合控制棉纱回潮率,可有效提高纱线质量。Measures for comprehensive control of cotton yarn moisture regain in spinning process were discussed.By analyzing the key points and difficulties in controlling moisture regain of raw cotton and semi-finished products in each pre-spinning process,measures and methods should be taken and control range of moisture regain in each process were proposed.In addition,yarn setting post treatment process was added to stabilize yarn property and improve yarn moisture regain.The practice showed that moisture regain of JC 9.72 tex yarn was increased by 1.1 percentage points and yarn strength was increased by 4.4%after adding setting post treatment process.It is considered that yarn quality can be effectively improved through comprehensive control of cotton yarn moisture regain.
