近二十年我国法治文化研究的热点与趋势

摘　　要：法治文化是法治国家建设的基本要素,中国的法治建设要有自己的文化根据,它是实现依法治国这一基本治国方略的重要保障。基于CNKI数据库收录的952篇法治文化研究文献,通过运用CiteSpace、Vosviewer等文献计量软件,以直观的方式展示我国法治文化研究相关文献的发文趋势、期刊分布、作者合作、发文机构、研究主题、热点领域等,并对其展开分析。分析发现,近20年来,学术界对法治文化的关注度较高,研究者的学科背景比较多元,但没有形成核心作者群,学术队伍建设有待进一步加强;我国法治文化研究的热点主要有法治文化基础理论、依法治国与法治文化建设、依法治校与高校法治文化建设、社会主义核心价值观与法治文化、区域法治文化与国家法治文化等。通过绘制我国法治文化研究知识图谱,直观展示了我国法治文化研究的发展进程及特征趋势,为我国法治文化研究及建设提供了更多的视角和借鉴。Legal culture is the basic element of the construction of a country ruled by law.China’s legal construction should have its own cultural basis,which is an important guarantee for realizing the basic strategy of governing the country by law.Based on 952 research documents on the legal culture collected in CNKI database,through the use of CiteSpace,Vosviewer and other bibliometric software,the paper trend,journal distribution,author cooperation,publishing institutions,research topics,hot fields,etc.of the literature related to the legal culture research in China are displayed in an intuitive way,and analyzed.The analysis shows that in the past 20 years,the academic circle has paid more attention to the legal culture,and the academic background of researchers is relatively diverse,but no core author group has been formed,and the construction of academic team needs to be further strengthened.The hot spots of the research on the legal culture in China mainly include the basic theory of the legal culture,the rule of law and the construction of the legal culture,the construction of the legal culture in colleges and universities,the socialist core values and the legal culture,the regional legal culture and the national legal culture.By drawing the knowledge map of China’s legal culture research,the development process and characteristic trend of China’s legal culture research are intuitively displayed,which provides more perspectives and references for China’s legal culture research and construction.
