摘　　要：推进装备制造业低碳化发展,是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要举措。运用IPCC碳排放系数公式,测算出2005—2018年我国装备制造业碳排放量,从环境规制和外商直接投资(FDI)双重作用出发,分析了环境规制、FDI及两者协同作用对装备制造业碳排放的影响,进一步使用门槛模型分析不同环境规制强度下FDI对装备制造业碳减排的影响效果。研究结果表明:在环境规制、FDI两者单独作用下,装备制造业整体碳排放量都呈现出显著的增加趋势,当二者共同作用于装备制造业碳减排过程中时,能够达到较好的协同配合力度,实现碳减排;同时门槛效应结果显示,合理的环境规制强度能对FDI进行有效“筛选”,提高外资流入的环境门槛,从而减少装备制造业的碳排放。Promoting the low-carbon development of the equipment manufacturing industry is an important measure for my country to achieve the“dual carbon”goal.The IPCC carbon emission coefficient is used to calculate the carbon emissions of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2018.Starting from the dual role of environmental regulation and foreign direct investment(FDI),this paper analyzes the impact of environmental regulation,FDI and their synergy on carbon emissions of equipment manufacturing industry,and further uses the threshold model to analyze the impact of FDI on carbon emissions reduction of equipment manufacturing industry under different environmental regulation intensity.The results show that the overall carbon emissions of the equipment manufacturing industry show a significant increasing trend under the independent effects of environmental regulation and FDI,but they can achieve a good degree of coordination in the process of carbon emission reduction of the equipment manufacturing industry.At the same time,the threshold effect results show that reasonable environmental regulation intensity can effectively“screen”FDI,improve the environmental threshold of foreign capital inflow,and thus reduce carbon emissions of equipment manufacturing industry.
