摘 要:多重接触式静密封广泛应用于海洋工程、石油化工、工程机械、医疗设备、建筑等领域,文中针对其泄漏特性提出了一种定量分析理论模型,通过数值仿真分析了密封区域数量、密封空间体积对泄漏特性的影响。该理论模型也同样适用于动密封和非接触式密封,为开展多重密封设计,定量分析密封性能提供了参考。The multi-contact static seal is widely used in offshore engineering,petrochemical,construction machinery,medical equipment,construction and other fields.A theoretical model are proposed to quantitatively analyze its leakage characteristics,on which the influences of the number of sealed areas and the volume of sealed space are analyzed through numerical simulation.The theoretical model is also applicable to dynamic seals and non-contact seals,and can be used as a reference for the design of multiple seals and quantitative analysis of sealing performance.
