摘  要:以秦三厂控制油系统为研究对象,针对系统复杂、对油质要求高的特点,通过控制过程参数,并制作专用工具,实现了在线变压冲洗;创新地将危急遮断系统离线超声清洗。起机后化学指标均合格、漆膜倾向指数远小于期望值,而且油动机上控制阀已保持2 a未卡涩,设备可靠性明显提升,因此总结该良好实践,以供同行电厂参考。This paper takes the control oil system of Qin No.3 Plant as the research object,aiming at the characteristics of complex system and high oil quality requirements,by controlling the process parameters and making special tools,the on-line variable pressure flushing is realized.An innovative method is used to ultrasonically clean emergency trip system offline.After starting the engine,the chemical indicators are all qualified,the MPC is far less than the expected value,and the control valve on the oil engine has been maintained for 2 years without jamming,and the reliability of the equipment is significantly improved.Therefore,this good practice is summarized for the reference of peer power plants.
