摘　　要：线切割机床广泛应用于模具等精密零部件的生产中。文中分析了一种小型线切割机床现用的装丝方式存在的使用弊端,并对装丝原理进行分析,从而设计了一种使用方便的新型装丝机构,重点阐述了其结构、原理和使用方法。Wire cutting machine tools are widely used in the production of precision parts such as molds.This paper introduces the disadvantages of the current wire fitting mode of a small wire cutting machine tool,and analyzes the principle of wire loading.On this basis,a new convenient wire fitting mechanism is designed.Its structure,principle and use method are introduced.
