摘  要:气体在井下抽油泵中脱出是影响抽油泵效的一个重要因素,在井筒中增加气锚可以有效减少气体对抽油泵的影响。螺旋式气锚由于采用了滑脱效应和离心分离原理,相比重力式气锚,分气效率进一步提高,但由于自身结构限制,螺旋式气锚对于油气混合液中小气泡分气效率较差,对气油比高、小气泡多的油井,不能有效解决气体影响的问题。为了提升螺旋式气锚的分气效果,在气锚下部安装破泡短接,井均泵效提升了9.3%,较好地解决了螺旋式气锚对小气泡分气效率不高的问题。Gas escaping from downhole oil well pump is an important factor affecting the efficiency of oil well pump.Adding gas anchor in wellbore can effectively reduce the influence of gas on oil well pump.Due to the slippage effect and centrifugal separation principle,the gas separation efficiency of spiral gas anchor is further improved compared with gravity gas anchor.However,due to its own structural limitations,the gas separation efficiency of spiral gas anchor for small bubbles in oil-gas mixture is poor,and it can not effectively solve the problem of gas influence for oil wells with high gas oil ratio and many small bubbles.In order to improve the gas separation effect of the spiral gas anchor,a bubble breaking short connector is installed at the lower part of the gas anchor,and the average well pump efficiency is increased by 9.3%,which better solves the problem of low gas separation efficiency of the spiral gas anchor for small bubbles.
