摘 要:墙壁插座面板的非对称设计会导致单边卡扣脱扣的工况出现,脱扣难易程度影响墙壁插座拆卸的使用体验。文中建立了有限元仿真模型,且基于该模型探究了墙壁插座面板不同厚度条件下对其单边卡扣脱扣的影响,并通过实验验证了仿真的准确性。研究表明,面板厚度与单边卡扣脱扣的脱扣行程成反比,且考虑脱扣力条件下存在阈值。The asymmetric design of the wall socket panel will lead to the working condition of unilateral buckle tripping,and the difficulty of tripping will affect the use experience of wall socket disassembly.This paper establishes a finite element simulation model.Based on this model,the influence of wall socket panel with different thickness on its unilateral buckle tripping is explored,and the accuracy of the simulation is verified by experiments.The research shows that the thickness of the panel is inversely proportional to the tripping stroke of single side buckle tripping,and there is a threshold under the condition of considering the tripping force.
