摘 要:通过对三峡测量2号船上多波束测深仪换能器使用过程进行研究,发现其在使用过程中存在诸多不便,主要原因是其在水下工作依靠支架固定,原支架与换能器重达140 kg,仅靠人力安装和拆卸十分不便。文中采用现代设计方法对多波束换能器支架工装进行设计研究,通过三维建模软件进行模拟仿真,再用ANSYS对支架工装强度进行有限元分析,最后将满足安装使用及强度条件的支架工装制造出来,进行实船试验。结果表明:所设计的支架工装能够较好地满足拆装使用及强度要求。所设计的支架工装有效解决了以往多波束换能器使用过程存在的问题,也给同类产品的设计研究提供了参考依据。This paper studies the use process of the multibeam echosounder transducer on the Three Gorges Survey No.2 ship.It is found that there are many inconveniences in the use process.The main reason is that it is fixed by a bracket when working underwater.The original bracket and the transducer weigh 140 kg,it is very inconvenient to install and disassemble only by manpower.This paper uses modern design methods to design and study the multibeam transducer bracket tooling,simulates it through 3D modeling software,and then uses ANSYS to perform finite element analysis on the strength of the bracket tooling.The bracket tooling that meets the installation,use and strength conditions is manufactured,and the real ship test is carried out.The results show that the designed bracket tooling can better meet the requirements of disassembly,use and strength.The designed bracket tooling effectively solves the problems existing in the use of multi-beam transducers in the past,and also provides a reference for the design and research of similar products.
