摘  要:主轴承作为TBM的关键核心部件,施工过程中一旦出现故障,将带来巨大经济损失。主驱动密封是阻挡外界杂质、保障主轴承正常运行的重要屏障。但复杂地质条件下,常常因主驱动密封磨损而导致密封效果大打折扣,这对不良地层主驱动密封隧道内更换提出迫切需求。针对某引水隧道工程敞开式TBM主驱动密封不良地层下损坏的突发状况,采用注浆止水、地层加固改善地质条件,并采用多种方式对刀盘进行固定,通过拆卸刀盘、更换密封、复位刀盘等过程对其进行了更换,更换后密封工作状态良好,为今后全断面隧道掘进机施工中主驱动密封不良地层下更换提供重要的借鉴。As a key component of TBM,the main bearing will bring huge economic loss once it fails during tunnel construction.The main drive seal is an important barrier to prevent external impurities and ensure the normal operation of the main bearing.However,due to the complex geological conditions,the main drive seal is often worn which reduces its sealing effect,this puts an urgent need for main drive seal replacement in bad stratum.In view of the sudden damage of open TBM main drive seal under bad stratum in a water diversion tunnel project,the geological conditions are improved by grouting for water-stop and stratum reinforcement,and the cutter head is fixed in various ways.The main drive seal is replaced through the processes of disassembling the cutter head,replacing the seal,and resetting the cutter head.The main drive seal works well after replacement,which provides an important reference for the main drive seal replacement under bad stratum in the future tunnel construction.
