摘  要:以箱体为分析对象,应用CATIA静态有限元分析,对箱体直口处切槽加工工序的工装进行优化设计。采用立式数控车床设备、硬质合金刀具进行加工。依照有限元分析的流程,对箱体零件进行网格划分,施加约束和载荷,求解运算,生成应力和应变云图。通过对CATIA静态有限元结论的分析,对工装的定位夹紧和施加载荷的状态进行优化。解决了分析过程中遇到的问题,使工装的分析模型更接近于实际加工环境,更有利于改善加工条件、优化工装夹紧力和支撑力的大小和位置。Taking the box as the analysis object and applying CATIA static finite element analysis,this paper optimizes the design of the tooling for the grooving process at the straight mouth of the box,which is processed by vertical CNC lathe equipment and carbide tools.According to the process of finite element analysis,the box parts are meshed,constraints and loads are applied,the calculation is solved,and the stress and strain cloud map is generated.Through the analysis of the CATIA static finite element conclusion,the positioning and clamping of the tooling and the state of applying the load are optimized.The problems encountered in the analysis process are solved,and the analysis model of the tooling is closer to the actual processing environment,which is more conducive to improving the processing conditions and optimizing the size and position of the clamping force and support force of the tooling.
