摘  要:介绍了电主轴前盖的加工工艺及加工所需夹具的设计和使用,针对盘类零件轮廓形状复杂、刚性较差易变形且难以控制加工尺寸的性能特点,在保证产品质量、精度的前提下,利用所设计的专用夹具装夹零件,其操作简便,能大大地减轻工人劳动强度。这种旋转式的快速定位夹具,可实现工件的多面加工,简化加工复杂工件时装卸夹具和固定工件的辅助时间,节省加工成本,提高了生产效率;同时可避免因多次装夹而造成的工件重复定位精度差的问题,保证了产品加工精度及运行稳定性。文中所述的设计经过批量的生产证实,所编制的加工工艺规程及设计的夹具是合理高效的;既能满足工件所需的加工精度,同时改善了操作者的劳动条件,提高了生产效率及经济效益,达到了设计预期的目的。This paper describes the processing technology and fixture design of the front cover of the motorized spindle.In view of the performance characteristics of disc parts with complex contours,poor rigidity,easy deformation,and difficulty in controlling the processing size,on the premise of ensuring product quality and accuracy,the special fixture designed to clamp the parts is easy to operate and can greatly reduce the cost of labor intensity of workers.This rotary fast positioning fixture can realize multi-faceted machining of workpieces,simplify the auxiliary time for unloading fixtures and fixing workpieces when machining complex workpieces,save processing costs,and improve production efficiency.At the same time,it can avoid poor workpiece repeatability positioning accuracy caused by multiple clamping,and ensure product processing accuracy and running stability.
