摘　　要：为突破国外海洋液压修井机核心技术,保障海洋油气的勘探开发,中海油田服务股份有限公司与宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司联合研制了首台国产海洋液压修井机。文中从主要结构组成、主要设计参数、关键部件的设计、主要技术特点、试验验证等方面详细描述了DYJ250海洋液压修井机的设计过程。最后通过现场试验表明,DYJ250海洋液压修井机的设计具有模块化、质量轻、占地面积小、适应性强、快速作业、安全可靠等特点,各项性能满足平台使用要求。In order to break through the core technology of HWU and ensure the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas,COSL and BOMCO together develops the first domestic offshore hydraulic workover rig.This paper describes the design process of DYJ250 offshore hydraulic workover rig in detail from the aspects of main structural composition,main design parameters,design of key components,main technical characteristics,and test verification.The field test shows that the design of DYJ250 offshore hydraulic workover rig has the advantages of modularization,light weight,small footprint,strong adaptability,fast operation,safety and reliability,and various performances meet the requirements of platform.
