摘  要:介绍了螺纹数控铣削工艺。对外螺纹铣削参数化编程关键点进行了分析和研究,并在此基础上通过一个实例开发出一套外螺纹铣削参数化加工程序。通过VERICUT仿真和实际加工,验证了程序的安全性和可行性。研究发现,该加工程序加工的螺纹完全满足加工质量要求,且程序简单,可读性强,具有循环加工的特点,对外螺纹铣削编程具有适用性和灵活性,该程序可供企业编程人员和加工人员参考。The thread CNC milling process is introduced.The key points of parametric programming for external thread milling is analyzed,thereby parametric machining program is developed for external thread milling through an example.The program is tested safely and practicably by VERICUT simulation and practical machining.The study shows that the thread produced by this program totally meets the requirements of processing quality and has the characteristics of simplicity,high readability and cycle machining,which is much applicable and highly flexible for the external thread.It can be used as a reference for enterprise programmers and machinists.
