摘  要:目的调查分析陕西省咸阳市三原县发生的一起人间布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情的流行病学特征,分离鉴定病原菌并进行基因分型研究,为控制人间布鲁氏菌病提供支持。方法对患者进行流行病学调查,采集患者血液进行血清学检测及病原学培养,采用多位点序列分析(MLST)和多位点可变数目串联重复序列分析(MLVA)进行基因分型。结果本起疫情传染源为流产羊只,传播途径为经皮肤黏膜和呼吸道感染,2人感染发病。本次疫情分离得到2株羊种1型布鲁氏菌。MLST分型为ST8。MLVA分型为新型,该基因型在陕西省内首次发现。结论散养户是布鲁氏菌病高危人群;首次在陕西省内报道布鲁氏菌新的MLVA基因型,丰富了陕西省布鲁氏菌的基因库,为更好的防控陕西省人间布鲁氏菌病提供了依据。This study was aimed at investigating and analyzing the epidemiological characteristics of a human brucellosis cluster in Sanyuan County.Isolating and identifying pathogens and conducting genotyping research to support the control of human brucellosis.An epidemiological investigation was performed,blood samples were collected for serological detection and pathogen culture,and genotyping was performed through multi-locus sequence analysis(MLST)and multi-locus variable number tandem repeat analysis(MLVA).In this epidemic,the source of infection was aborted sheep,and the transmission route was through the skin mucosa and respiratory tract infection.Two strains of Brucella melitensis biovar 1 were isolated in this epidemic.The MLST type was ST8,and the MLVA type was new and was first discovered in Shaanxi Province.Free range farmers are at high risk of Brucellosis.A new MLVA genotype of Brucella was reported for the first time in Shaanxi Province,thus enriching the genetic database of Brucella,and providing a basis for better prevention and control of human brucellosis in Shaanxi Province.
