摘 要:为缓解苍术连作障碍,选用多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、异菌·氟啶胺、精甲·咯菌腈等4种药剂开展浸种试验,探究其对苍术生长及产量的影响。结果表明,4种药剂处理均显著提高了苍术的出苗率(P<0.05)。苗期,吡唑醚菌酯处理显著提高了苍术的株高,较对照提高67.90%。生长旺盛期,多菌灵及吡唑嘧菌酯处理苍术叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量显著高于对照,叶绿素a含量分别较对照高23.81%、17.14%,类胡萝卜素含量分别较对照高13.51%、10.81%。多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯、异菌·氟啶胺处理苍术叶绿素b含量均显著高于对照,分别较对照提高43.48%、30.43%、21.74%。多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯处理苍术总叶绿素含量均显著高于对照,分别较对照提高27.34%及19.53%。4种药剂处理均可提高苍术的产量,其中吡唑嘧菌酯处理苍术产量最高(3537.67 kg/hm^(2)),较对照提高22.62%。综上,4种药剂处理均显著提高了苍术的出苗率,促进了苍术生长,提高了苍术产量,其中多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯和异菌·氟啶胺这3种药剂处理更有益于苍术生长。In order to alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes lancea,four kinds of chemical agents,including carbendazim,pyraclostrobin,iprodione·fluazinam and metalaxyl-M·fludioxonil,were selected to carry out seed soaking tests to explore their effects on the growth and yield of Atractylodes lancea.The results showed that the four chemical agent treatments significantly improved the emergence rate of Atractylodes lancea(P<0.05).At the seedling stage,pyraclostrobin treatment significantly increased the plant height of Atractylodes lancea,which was 67.90%higher than that of the control.During the vigorous growth period,the contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoid in leaves of Atractylodes lancea treated with carbendazim and pyraclostrobin were significantly higher than those of the control,the content of chlorophyll a was 23.81%and 17.14%higher than that of the control,and the content of carotenoid was 13.51%and 10.81%higher than that of the control,respectively.The content of chlorophyll b in leaves of Atractylodes lancea treated with carbendazim,pyraclostrobin and iprodione·fluazinam was significantly higher than that of the control,which increased by 43.48%,30.43%and 21.74%,respectively.The total chlorophyll content in leaves of Atractylodes lancea treated with carbendazim and pyraclostrobin was significantly higher than that of the control,which increased by 27.34%and 19.53%,respectively.The four chemical agent treatments all increased the yield of Atractylodes lancea,and the yield of Atractylodes lancea treated with pyraclostrobin was the highest(3537.67 kg/hm^(2)),which was 22.62%higher than that of the control.To sum up,the four chemical agent treatments significantly improved the emergence rate of Atractylodes lancea and promoted the growth of Atractylodes lancea,and increased the yield of Atractylodes lancea.Among them,carbendazim,pyraclostrobin and iprodione·fluazinam were more beneficial to the growth of Atractylodes lancea.
