摘  要:速度管柱工艺作为有效的排水采气工艺在各大油气田已经规模化应用,目前已实现带压下入速度管柱作业;可是当速度管柱安全下入生产一段时间后,伴随着气井能量的逐渐衰减,原先的速度管柱将无法满足生产需求;或者当速度管柱下入时机不对或者下入深度不合适,出现无法成功复产的极端情况时,都需要带压起出速度管柱,因此需要更安全的实现速度管柱带压下入和起出。本文主要研究了如何更安全的带压下入和起出速度管柱,对速度管柱带压下入、起出工艺进行了优化,重点详细介绍了带压下入和起出速度管柱的新型关键工具可泵开式堵塞器和双瓣单流阀,并与传统的带压起下工具进行了对比,形成了一套优于传统带压起出和下入速度管柱的工艺,通过现场的成功应用,说明该工艺安全、可靠,具有较好的借鉴意义。As an effective deliquifications and gas production process,velocity string technology has been applied on a large scale in major oil and gas fields and has ran in under pressure.When the velocity string technology is produced for a period of time,with the gradual attenuation of gas well energy,the original velocity string cannot meet the production demand.In addition,when the running time of the velocity string is wrong or the running depth is inappropriate,and the extreme situation of failure to resume production occurs,the velocity string needs to be pulled out under pressure,therefore,it's necessary to realize the velocity string pull out or run in under pressure more safely.This paper mainly studies how to run and pull out volecity string with pressure more safely,optimizes the process principle of velocity string under pressure pull out and run in.It focuses on the detailed introduction of the new key tools with pressure and pull out velocity string with pump open plug and double flap single flow valve.Compared with the traditional process,forming a set of velocity string process better than traditional process under pressure. The successful field application shows the process is safe, reliable and has good prospect.
