摘  要:随着石化企业环境保护压力的增加,宁夏石化公司积极开展污染物的源头治理工作。宁夏石化公司采用液化气深度脱硫清洁化技术对原液化气脱硫醇系统进行升级改造。在液化气深度脱硫技术的基础上,本着预防与治理相结合原则,实现污染物资源化利用。通过原料预处理、溶剂提效、尾气循环等措施,实现了液化气深度脱硫过程“用碱不排渣,用气不排废”的清洁化生产。With the increase of environmental protection pressure of petrochemical enterprises,Ningxia petrochemical company has actively carried out the treatment of pollutants at the source.Ningxia petrochemical company has upgraded the original LPG dethiol system by using the deep desulfurization and cleaning technology of LPG.On the basis of the deep desulfurization technology of LPG,in line with the principle of combining prevention and treatment,the resource utilization of pollutants is realized.Through the measures of raw material pretreatment,solvent efficiency improvement,tail gas circulation and so on,the clean production of"no slag discharge with alkali,no waste discharge with gas"is realized in the deep desulfurization process of LPG.
