摘 要:“绿色设计”是铁路工程可持续发展理念的主要体现和实施方式,需要从全寿命周期的角度出发,充分贯彻这一理念。目前,在铁路工程项目中对“绿色铁路设计”的概念尚不统一,且易与“绿色施工”“绿色运营”等概念混淆,使得在项目实施过程中具体手段和方式泛化不聚焦。因此,有必要进一步对“绿色铁路设计”的内涵与核心进行界定。对此,从宏观规划层面和微观技术层面进行分析,探究绿色铁路设计低能耗、小污染、低成本、大运量和全天候的综合目标。结合铁路工程线性工程作业面广、工程地域跨度大及大临工程多等特点,梳理“绿色铁路设计”与“绿色施工”和“绿色运营”的关系,以及与“绿色技术”和“绿色评价”的逻辑联系,探索并界定绿色铁路设计的核心理念与内涵。同时,以某铁路工程为例,针对沿线地壳板块活动频繁、工程施工条件恶劣、现场地质情况复杂、自然生态敏感脆弱的特点,分析该铁路绿色设计可能面临的挑战,并从生态环境、经济成本、施工环保健康和水文环境保护4个角度,阐述采用“新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备”进行绿色设计并贯彻“四节一环保”理念的具体实现手段。研究可为今后生态环境保护要求较高的铁路工程绿色设计提供参考。Green Railway Design is the main embodiment and implementation of the concept of sustainable development of railway engineering, which can be fully implemented from the perspective of life cycle. At present, the concept of Green Railway Design is not unified in railway projects, and it is easy to be confused with the concepts of Green Construction and Ggreen Operation. This can make the specific means and modes of generalization in the implementation process not focused. Therefore, it is necessary to further define the connotation and core of Green Railway Design. In this regard, this paper analyzed from the macro planning level and micro technical level, and explored the comprehensive objectives of green railway design, such as low energy consumption, small pollution, low cost, large traffic volume, and all-weather. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of a wide working face in linear engineering, large regional span, and many large temporary projects of railway engineering, this paper combed the relationship between Green Railway Design and Green Construction and Green Operation. Then this paper gave the logical connection with Green Technology and Green Evaluation, and explored and defined the core concept and connotation of Green Railway Design. At the same time, taking a railway project as an example, in view of the characteristics of frequent crustal plate activities, poor engineering construction conditions, complex site geological conditions and sensitive and fragile natural ecology along the railway, this paper analyzed the possible challenges faced by the green design of the railway. From the perspectives of ecological environment, economic cost, construction environmental protection and health and hydrological environment protection, this paper can considered. The specific implementation means of adopting “new technology, new process, new materials and new equipment” was expounded for green design, and the concept of “four savings and one environmental protection” was implemented
