老龄时代的健康中国:社会经济地位与老年人健康状况--基于CGSS 2017数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于CGSS 2017数据,采用标准有序Logistic回归模型,实证分析社会经济地位对老年人健康状况的影响,以及社会经济地位的不同维度对老年人健康状况影响的差异性,并进一步分析文体活动和幸福感在社会经济地位对老年人健康状况影响中的中介效应。研究发现:社会经济地位对老年人健康状况具有显著的正向影响;社会经济地位对老年人健康状况的影响存在显著的城乡差异和性别差异;社会经济地位对老年人健康状况的影响存在双重中介传导路径。据此提出,应动员多元主体参与以提升老年人社会经济地位,改善农村医疗条件以缩小城乡老年人健康差距,注重健康性别差异以推进老年人健康性别均衡,丰富老年文体活动以增强老年人的幸福感等,以期改善老年人健康状况,推进“健康中国”战略的实施。Based on the data of CGSS 2017,the standard ordinal Logistic regression model was used to analyze the impact of socioeconomic status on the health status among the elderly and the difference of the impact of different dimensions of socioeconomic status on the health status of the elderly in China.The mediating effects of recreational and sports activities and subjective well-being on the health status of the elderly were further analyzed.The results showed that socioeconomic status had a significant positive effect on the health status of the elderly.There were significant urban-rural and gender differences in the impact of socioeconomic status on the health status of the elderly.And the influence of socioeconomic status on the health status of the elderly had dual mediating pathways.According to these findings,the paper suggested that multiple subjects were supposed to be mobilized to enhance socioeconomic status of the elderly,improve medical conditions in rural areas and narrow the health gap between urban and rural elderly,promote gender balance in the health level of the elderly,enrich recreational and sports activities to enhance subjective well-being of the elderly.By doing so,the health of the elderly can be improved and the strategy of Healthy China can be implemented.
