摘 要:以工业氧化铝粉体为原料,以H_(3)BO_(3)为矿化剂,以高温煅烧为方法制备α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体,研究煅烧温度和H_(3)BO_(3)用量对α-Al_(2)O_(3)转相率、杂质Na_(2)O含量以及晶粒粒径和形貌的影响规律。结果表明:H_(3)BO_(3)用量的增大对Al_(2)O_(3)转相率影响不大,添加H_(3)BO_(3)可加速α-Al_(2)O_(3)的晶粒生长,减少β-Al_(2)O_(3)和杂质Na_(2)O含量;随着煅烧温度的提高,α-Al_(2)O_(3)的粒径逐渐增大,晶粒形态规则,晶粒表面平整光滑,晶粒大小均匀,煅烧温度是影响Al_(2)O_(3)转相率、减少Na_(2)O的含量的主要因素;当煅烧温度为1450℃、H_(3)BO_(3)的质量分数为0.4%时,杂质Na_(2)O的质量分数为0.001%,α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体粒径为1-1.5μm,晶粒形貌最佳。α-Al_(2)O_(3)powder was prepared by high temperature calcination using industrial alumina powder as raw material and H_(3)BO_(3)as mineralizer.The influences of calcination temperature and H_(3)BO_(3)dosage on the phase ratio of α-Al_(2)O_(3),the corotent of impurity Na_(2)O and the grain size and morphology were studied.The results show that the increasing of H_(3) BO_(3) dosage has little effect on the phase conversion of Al_(2)O_(3).The addition of H_(3) BO_(3) can accelerate the grain growth ofα-Al_(2)O_(3),reduce the content of β-Al_(2)O_(3)and impurity Na_(2)O.With the increasing of calcination temperature,the particle size ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)increases gradually,the grain morphology is regular,the grain surface is smooth and the grain size is uniform,and the calcination temperature is the main factor affecting the phase ratio of Al_(2)O_(3)and reducing the content of Na_(2)O.When the calcination temperature is 1450℃and the mass fraction of H_(3)BO_(3)is 0.4%,the mass fraction of impurity Na_(2)O is 0.001%,the particle size ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)powder is 1〜1.5μm,and the grain morphology is the best.
