摘 要:伊敏露天矿由于2020年的产能核增以及2021年煤炭保供,导致半连续系统和露天矿整体的推进出现不匹配的现象,主要表现为半连续系统的推进度低,导致内排土场空间释放受限,影响生产接续。为了将半连续系统的推进度与露天矿整体相互匹配,保证生产接续,对半连续系统的采矿参数包括台阶高度、工作线长度和采掘带宽度,进行优化研究。结果表明:当组合台阶高度为22 m,工作线长度在750~800 m时,半连续系统的推进度与露天矿整体能够相互匹配。Due to the production capacity increase in 2020 and coal supply guarantee in 2021 in Yimin Open-pit Mine,there is a mismatch between the overall propulsion of semi-continuous system and open-pit mine,mainly reflected in the low propulsion degree of semi-continuous system,which leads to limited space release of inner dump and affects production continuity.In order to match the propulsion degree of semi-continuous system with the whole open-pit mine and ensure the continuous production,the article studies mining parameters of semi-continuous system,including the height of steps,length of working line and width of mining zone.The results show that when the height of the composite step is 22 m and the length of the working line is between 750~800 m,the propulsion degree of the semi-continuous system can match the whole open-pit mine.
