摘 要:结合露天煤矿采剥及运输工程特点,归纳总结了露天矿山运输道路修筑方面存在的问题;以国家能源集团神华准格尔能源有限公司哈尔乌素露天煤矿为例,通过分析运输路路基特性,给出了2种露天矿道路修筑方法,并提供了道路形成后的养护建议。结果表明:基于推土机修筑道路的并推法、下推槽法可有效减少路基物料流失量现象,且能提高道路修筑工作效率;道路养护周期、养护操作人员技能水准、道路疏干排水是露天矿山道路形成后养护的关键所在。The article combines with the characteristics of stripping and transportation engineering in open-pit coal mines,summarizes the problems in the construction of transportation roads in open-pit mines.Taking Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,by analyzing the characteristics of the main road roadbed,the article gives two methods of open-pit road construction,and provides the maintenance suggestions after the formation of the road.The results show that the combined push method and push-down groove method based on bulldozers for road construction can effectively reduce the loss of roadbed materials and improve the efficiency of road construction.The maintenance cycle and operator skill level and road drainage are the keys to maintenance after the formation of open-pit mine roads.
