摘　　要：为了解决露天煤矿开采过程中煤炭和煤矸石自燃导致有害气体突出以及穿孔、爆破、采剥、运输及排土各生产环节产生的扬尘等影响环境的问题,以安太堡露天矿为例,介绍了该矿所处地域的气候、风力等特点,分析了该矿生产作业中影响环境的主要因素,结合行业规范标准针对性采取有效的防治有害气体及防尘措施。In order to solve the problems of harmful gas outburst caused by spontaneous combustion of coal and coal gangue in the process of open-pit coal mining,as well as the environmental problems caused by perforation,blasting,mining,stripping,transportation and dumping of dust,etc.,taking Antaibao Open-pit Mine as an example,this article introduces the features of the climate and wind power in the area where the mine is located,and analyzes the main factors influencing the environment in the production of the mine,takes effective measures to prevent and control harmful gas and dust in accordance with industry standard.
