摘　　要：为了减少潜孔钻机在工作过程产生的灰尘污染,基于潜孔钻机除尘系统,介绍了露天矿用钻机脉冲滤筒除尘器的组成和工作原理;通过除尘器风量、风压、功率等的计算,选择了合适的风机、滤筒、脉冲阀、减压阀等装置,设计了除尘系统;提出了除尘系统的节能途径和措施。To reduce the dust pollution of DTH drill in the working process,based on DTH drill dust removal system,the article introduces the composition and working principle of dust collector,respectively through the calculation of dust air volume,air pressure,power and so on,chooses the suitable fan,filter cartridge,pulse valve,pressure reducing valve device,designs this set of dust removal system.We put forward the energy saving ways and measures of the dust removal system.
