摘  要:研究不同温度、湿度条件下球孢白僵菌对核桃长足象的致病性,结果表明:温度、湿度对球孢白僵菌的致病力均有显著影响,在设置的温度范围内,27℃条件下球孢白僵菌的致死率最高,致死中时间(LT_(50))最短;在设置的湿度范围内,相对湿度为(95±5)%RH时,更有利于球孢白僵菌对核桃长足象的侵染。Beauveria bassiana can be widely used to prevent the insect pest of Alcidodes juglans Chao in the forest.This study aims to determine the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana to Alcidodes juglans Chao under different temperature and humidity conditions.The results showed that both temperature and humidity posed the significant effects on the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana.Specifically,the highest lethal rate of Beauverina bassiana and the shortest lethal time(LT_(50))were achieved at 27℃in the range of given temperature.The relative humidity(RH)of(95±5)%was more conducive to the infection of Beauveria bassiana on Alcidodes juglans Chao.
