摘 要:本文以一型大型散货船的舵为研究对象,以进一步提升已加装前置预旋导轮船舶的总体节能效果为目标,对本舵的剖面型值与舵系总体设计进行多轮迭代优化,从中选择出最佳方案,实现与船舶总体节能系统相匹配的节能舵的优化设计。经CFD计算,预计优化后的舵可较母型舵提高约0.5%的节能效果,并且舵的整体性能也有所提升。经船模试验,预计优化后的船舶总体节能效果约3.5%。此外,在优化过程中,获得了影响舵设计的某些关键因素,可为同类型半悬挂舵舵叶的节能优化设计提供参考。This paper takes the rudder of a large bulk carrier as the research object,with the goal of further improving the overall energy-saving effect of the ship that has been installed with a pre-shrouded vanes,and has carried out several rounds of iterations on the profile value of the rudder and the overall design of the rudder system.Optimize,choose the best solution from it,and realize the optimal design of the energy-saving rudder that matches the overall energy-saving system of the ship.According to CFD calculation,it is estimated that the optimized rudder can increase the energy saving effect by about 0.5%compared with the parent rudder;and the overall performance of the rudder is also improved.After the ship model test,it is estimated that the overall energy saving effect of the optimized ship is about 3.5%.In addition,in the optimization process,some key factors affecting the rudder design are obtained,which can provide a reference for the energy-saving optimization design of the same type of semi-suspension rudder blade.
