中国式现代化历史演进中制度公正的发展进程与多维审视

摘　　要：现代化与制度公正具有内在一致性。中国共产党探索社会主义现代化过程中始终注重制度公正的价值追求。社会主义改造完成后进行的社会主义建设探索、改革开放以来中国特色社会主义的认识发展以及新时代中国特色社会主义建设发展,都以中国式现代化作为整体变革发展的方向,都以追求制度公正作为重要价值目标和伦理要求。具体体现在:社会主义现代化准备阶段制度公正的建构;社会主义现代化建设探索时期开启制度公正实践;改革开放新时期中国式现代化建设呈现制度公正应然与实然之间的张力;中国特色社会主义新时代推进中国式现代化形成制度公正的新实践。多维审视上述过程在于明确:在历史与逻辑相统一基础上形成中国式现代化的制度公正价值基础;在理论与实践相统一维度中彰显中国式现代化演进的制度公正取向;在继承与创新相统一基础上呈现传统价值转化为中国式现代化的制度公正价值。Modernization and institutional justice have internal consistency.The CPC has always paid attention to the value pursuit of institutional justice in the process of exploring socialist modernization.The exploration of socialist construction after the completion of the socialist transformation,the cognitive development of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up,and the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era all take Chinese path to modernization as the direction of overall reform and development,and all take the pursuit of institutional justice as an important value goal and ethical requirements,which are reflected as follows:the system construction reflects the fair orientation in the preparatory stage of socialist modernization;The practice of institutional justice was initiated during the exploration period of socialist modernization;In the new period of reform and opening up,the construction of Chinese path to modernization presents a tension between what should be and what is;In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting Chinese path to modernization has formed a new practice of promoting institutional justice.The multi-dimensional review of the above process lies in the clarity:forming the value basis of institutional justice of Chinese path to modernization on the basis of the unity of history and logic;In the unity of theory and practice,it highlights the institutional justice orientation of the evolution of Chinese path to modernization;On the basis of sublating traditional value ideals,it shows the value of institutional justice of Chinese path to modernization.
