基于PAC心理弹性理论的护理干预在老年高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索在老年高血压患者临床护理中应用PAC心理弹性理论对患者心理弹性及服药依从性的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2022年4月医院收治的112例老年高血压患者,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用PAC心理弹性理论指导的护理。比较两组焦虑抑郁情况、心理弹性和服药依从性和生活质量。结果护理干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分、心理弹性评分、服药依从性评分及SF-36评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用PAC心理弹性理论指导的护理干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组;心理弹性及总分、服药依从性评分、SF-36评分均高于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施PAC心理弹性理论,能够提高服药依从性,改善心理情绪状态,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application of PAC psychological resilience theory in clinical nursing of elderly patients with hypertension on patients'psychological resilience and medication compliance the impact.Methods 112 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with PAC psychological resilienc application of nursing intervention based on PAC psychological resilience theory based on the control group.Anxiety and depression,mental resilience,medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS,mental resilience,medication compliance and SF-36 scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention guided by PAC psychological resilience theory,SAS scores and SDS scores of observation group were lower than the control group.Mental resilience and total score,medication compliance score and SF-36 score were higher than the control group.,there were statistically significant differences among all groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The PAC psychological resilience theory can improve medication compliance,mental and emotional state and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.
