基于FOCUS理论的延续护理对乳腺癌患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于FOCUS理论的延续护理对乳腺癌患者相关功能康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2021年12月医院收治的乳腺癌患者60例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于FOCUS理论的延续护理干预,比较两组患者干预后的上肢淋巴水肿发生率、上肢功能康复优良率及生活质量评分。结果实施基于FOCUS理论的延续护理干预后,观察组上肢淋巴水肿发生率低于对照组,水肿中、重度率低于对照组,上肢功能康复优良率和生活质量评分高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FOCUS理论的延续护理干预可缓解乳腺癌患者上肢淋巴水肿症状,促进上肢功能康复,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on FOCUS theory on the rehabilitation effect of related functions of breast cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention based on FOCUS theory on the basis of the control group.The incidence of upper limb lymphedema,the excellent and good rate of upper limb functional rehabilitation and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The incidence of upper limb lymphedema in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the edema was moderate and severe rate was lower than the control group,the excellent rate of upper limb function rehabilitation and the quality of life score were higher than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention based on FOCUS theory could alleviate the symptoms of upper limb lymphedema in breast cancer patients,promote the rehabilitation of upper limb function and improve their quality of life.
