舒适度负面影响因子溯源模式的主动护理对胃癌化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适度负面影响因子溯源模式下的主动护理对胃癌化疗患者心理状态及护理工作满意程度的影响。方法选取医院2019年8月—2021年8月胃癌化疗患者102例,根据组间基本资料可比原则分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予舒适度负面影响因子溯源模式下的主动护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)、Herth希望量表(HHI)、生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分、不良事件及护理工作满意程度。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HHI、GCQ评分高于对照组,QLQ-C30评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组,护理工作满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适度负面影响因子溯源模式下的主动护理可改善胃癌化疗患者负性情绪,提高舒适度,增加希望水平,改善生活质量,且能降低胃肠道不良反应,提升家属满意度。Objective To explore the effect of active nursing on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric cancer underwent chemotherapy under the tracing mode of negative influence factors of comfort level of influence.Methods 102 patients with gastric cancer receiving chemotherapy from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing,the observation group was given active nursing under the traceability mode of the negative influence factors of comfort based on the control group.The Self-rating Scales of Anxiety(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ),Herth Hope Index(HHI)scale,Core Quality of Life Scale(QLQ-C30)score,adverse events and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HHI and GCQ scores in the observation group were higher than the control group,and QLQ-C30 scores were lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the satisfaction of nursing work was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active nursing under the tracing mode of negative influence factors on comfort level can improve the negative emotion,comfort level,hope level and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy,reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions and enhance family satisfaction.
